O Ministério da Saúde começou a veicular no dia 07 de agosto os avisos publicitários em rádios, televisões e na&lt;em&gt; internet&lt;/em&gt; para lembrar os pais de levarem os filhos menores de 5 anos ao posto de vacinação.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Na segunda etapa, a meta é imunizar mais de 14,1 milhões de   crianças, o equivalente a 95% da população nessa faixa etária. No dia   13, estarão funcionando 115 mil postos de vacinação em todo o país. A   primeira etapa da campanha contra a poliomielite foi realizada em 18 de   junho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Além das duas gotinhas contra a pólio, crianças de 1 ano a 7 anos   também serão vacinadas contra o sarampo no Distrito Federal e em 18   estados: Acre, Amazonas, Amapá, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato   Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Pará, Paraíba, Piauí, Paraná, Rio Grande do   Norte, Rondônia, Roraima, Sergipe, Santa Catarina e Tocantins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;As vacinas não tem contraindicação. A recomendação é não vacinar   crianças imunodepressivas, que tenham câncer ou aids, ou as que tenham   apresentado reação alérgica grave com a dose anterior. Na maioria dessas circunstâncias de estresse agudo, uma vez eliminado o fator estressante, a resposta do organismo se inativa e os níveis dos hormônios voltam ao normal. Entretanto, a vida moderna freqüentemente nos expõe a situações cronicamente estressantes, e a resposta do organismo ao estresse não é suprimida. É o que diz o texto da Resolução Normativa (RN) 252 da&lt;span class="apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none;"&gt;Agência&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Nacional de Saúde Suplementar – ANS, que permite a portabilidade para os planos individuais, familiares e os coletivos por adesão (que não tenham vínculo empregatício ou estatutário), desde que contratados a partir de 1º de janeiro de 1999 ou estejam adaptados à lei 9656/98.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; line-height: 13.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; line-height: 13.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;A portabilidade também será permitida para planos com abrangência geográfica diferente da de origem, ou seja, pode haver portabilidade para planos estaduais, municipais ou&lt;span class="apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none;"&gt;nacionais&lt;/span&gt;, e não haverá cobrança de taxa para requerê-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; line-height: 13.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; line-height: 13.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Entretanto é preciso tomar os devidos cuidados ao realizar essa portabilidade para não trocar o certo pelo duvidoso. De acordo com o especialista, as regras são claras, e o interessado em trocar de plano tem de estar por dois anos no mínimo na operadora de origem, ou três anos caso tenha cumprido a cobertura parcial temporária ou nos casos de doenças e lesões pré-existentes. É claro que as mensalidades devem estar em dia, &amp;nbsp;a portabilidade só deve ser requerida no mês de&lt;span class="apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none;"&gt;aniversário&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;do contrato ou nos três meses subseqüentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; line-height: 13.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; line-height: 13.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;O consumidor precisa tomar é o de não sair do plano atual antes de pedir a portabilidade, que só passa a valer após 10 dias do aceite da nova operadora, informando que a operadora de destino tem um prazo de 20 dias após a assinatura da adesão para aceitar ou recusar a proposta de portabilidade.
